• The API is provided by Lifesta AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.
• Use of the API is governed by all of Lifesta's Terms of Use and policies, as well as this document. By using the API you agree to be bound by these terms.
• If you access or request access to the API on behalf of a company or any other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity and any of its affiliates to this agreement and that they are fully bound by it.
• The purpose of the API is to provide information about the deals being traded on Lifesta that can be presented to users in various formats on different media.
• This agreement and the Lifesta terms of use might change at any time.
• Lifesta reserves the right to revoke your use of the API at any time for any reason.
• The API Key provided to you by Lifesta is confidential for your use or your company or entity's use if you represent a company or any other entity. You may not share it with any 3rd parties.
• The API and information provided through it is owned by Lifesta except where otherwise defined in our Terms of Use.
• You use the API at your own risk and indemnify us against any claims by you and your customers, employees, contractors and partners.
• This agreement does not make you an employee or partner of Lifesta, nor create a joint-venture between you or any entity you represent and Lifesta.

The following are not permitted:

• Using the API and the information provided through the API to compete with Lifesta.
• Interfering with, hampering or otherwise disabling the operation of our servers.
• Using the API on behalf of a 3rd party, except for displaying the information to consumers through your application or website.
• Using the API to violate the law.
